We can offer you a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. We know the swag doesn't always fit. And things don't always arrive and look the way they looked on the internet. 

Let's make it simple.

E-mail us at info@andsonsmagazine.com with your order number or receipt within 30 days of your purchase and we'll start your return/exchange. Nota bene: we're not Amazon. Original and return shipping costs are nonrefundable. But if you need an exchange, we'll cover the shipping to send you another size. Because, come on.

We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We’re not USPS, so we don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

A few notes:

Please follow the usual rules: don’t wear your And Sons apparel before you exchange it (besides trying it on). Don’t let your brother-in-law steal your hat and wear it to a bachelor party if you want a different color. 

To complete your return or exchange, we require your order number or receipt.


Refunds 

Once your return is received, we’ll send you an e-mail telling you we have it. We’ll give your item a sniff test; assuming it passes, your refund will be applied to your original form of payment. Otherwise, we’ll get in touch.


Sale items 

If an item is discounted, we’ll be happy to refund your purchase price in the event of a return. 


Damaged Items

Shipping can be rough on magazines. If yours arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll replace it.
